Webmaster Forum - View Single Post - What is the best free forum script out there?

Hi i'm looking to start up another new forum, i already have a vbull license but getting another one is too $$ for me atm so i was wondering what forum script could come close or even better than vbulletin that's free? Ease of use isn't really a problem but i wan't something flexible since the forum would be gambling related.
