using somebody else's video can be done legally. It all depends on how you use it and where you got it.

I can take any video and report on it, with the video in mine and that is legal. Example would be: Christ Crock (leave Brittney alone video) was shown thousand of times on TV. Comedians ripped it apart. He got nothing for it.

Where did they get the video? If you put it on youtube with an embed code. You have no rights at all. Because by you putting an embed code on it, you are saying take me and use this, it's free. Read youtube TOS.

Did you know when you post something on youtube you gave them rights to make money on your work and you can collect nothing at all? (read their TOS)
