If you are planig to use 2000-3000GB do not go for the 10Mbit port as it will simply slow things down in bandwidth peaks. 10Mbit port means 3.6TB transfer per month. Option 1 comes with 512 RAM which is not recommended and the 4th one with the 100Mbit port comes with only 500GB bandwidth so not recommended (100Mbit port is no use if you only have 500GB bandwidth) so you'll be left with the option 2.

P4 and the AMD Sempron 2400 have similar performance.
