Question Setting up a website on a different port

I'm currently running Red Hat Enterprise on my Unix box with WHM/cPanel installed. With this setup, is there any way to create a website using a different port, other than 80 or the default ones? Maybe 81 perhaps?I know on IIS this is possible, so maybe on WHM too? Thanks.
