I was offering this service at DP previously. And I was doing it quite successfully
but due to some some reasons DP has banned the service of social bookmarking and ultimately banned me too as I was offering this service.
If you want I can give you the link to that thread. Many people gave a free review as they were very pleased by the service. I'm not sure if giving a link here is allowed or not that's why PM me if anyone wants the proof
