i dont think its just your country that has the problem of if you know someone you get what you want. on a second note i have always thought of Ukraine as a country full of tanks and more of less scene's from a war film, i went to your country's site

to see what it was about and was shocked to find the image on your homepage..... do people really walk around like that?

and you went to University to get a degree and have a fun time =) not everything is about money.
