I like the feel and layout of the site. I do agree with the logo comment made previously, provided they have a decent logo for you to work with.
I am seriously confused though and maybe someone can explain it to me.
concerning the url itself..
www (dot) foreveryoungvegas.com/index.php/Microdermabrasion.html

I did not know that you could have an index page and html in the same address like that.
I presumed that once you went one way with the script either php or html, you stayed there for the whole site.
