I changed from GoDaddy a while back simply because one day I tried NameCheap and thought the design was way better than GoDaddy. That's how shallow I am

But TBH I am pretty impressed with NameCheap. I've never had any bother with them so I can't really say what their support is like. However a few days ago when I tried transferring a domain and there was a weird message came up. I made a support ticket and it was answered in a few hours explaining everything.
So NameCheap are alright and I won't be leaving them any time soon.
