But the Democratic party does have the muscle, as they have the drive by media in their pockets. MSNBC, CNN, ABC etc, they are very swayed by the democratic party, the Clintons and others. The market I remember a few months ago drastically dropped one day just because Greenspan who was no longer in office, was in Japan and made a statement saying that America may be facing a recession, as soon as that was aired the market dropped over 500 points.
The Democrat party decided in a back room after the 2000 election that they were going to retake power any way possible. They since then have been running a hate Bush, hate Republicans type campaign on a scale that I have never even heard of before, let alone seen in my lifetime. The sad part about it is that it has worked in belittling the success that has taken place in the last 8 years, and at the same time it has and is undermining everything that is being done to try to make progress in almost all areas such as the economy, and the war in Iraq. It's pathetic in my view and I only wish that it would be more publicized how it really is.
I guarantee you won't hear the positives of any thing about the economy, the Iraq war, or anything else that makes anyone except for the Democrats look good.
