in OS Commerce, when I write the french translation of the Categories/products, I have to put accents such as "é" and "è".
So everything seems OK, I open my Internet explorer browser, go to the menu of my website, and yes, it's written as I entered it. BUT, when I click on the link, the page will be redirected to mainpage. Looks like Internet explorer has problems with my accents. What should I change in Os Commerce or in Dreamweaver so that those accents get recognized by IE ?? ( note that the accent is displayed/shown by IE, but the link doesn't work )

Now, if you click on
www.tonyshoes.com , i.e the mainpage, then click on "Women's" then click on the "Quebec"flag on the top left corner ( french translation) it will also be redirected to the mainpage, instead of putting the french version of the Women's section : weird
