I am looking for someone who enjoys managing and working with websites. I don't want someone who is here for the money. You need to enjoy what you are doing.

I currently run about 10 sites and am continually looking to add more, but it is a lot of work for one person.

Benefits:
25% of revenue from the current sites in the network
50% of revenue from sites you help with

Requirements:
Must be willing to put in up to 2 hours of work per day
Must be decent with most web programming languages
Prior experience marketing, building and managing websites
Strong initiative and direction
Must be willing to split costs of new agreed upon projects
