Nope Locomotive, have not yet asked the WP Support forum. I shall do that.
I want to generate a Google Sitemap that is why I used that plug-in but that was not working for me. So in the meantime, I wanted to create a simple sitemap and that is why I tried that second method which I mentioned above. Now neither that works.

Can anyone help me with generating a simple sitemap for my blog if you have no idea with that plug-in issue, please?
