What is the contract that makes up rights based on? I mean initially not after a multi-generational distortion period.

How does freedom of speech and right to employment match? I would think them 2 entirely different things....the right to employment would be more closely related to a persons inalienable right to survival....which would lead to when faced with the absence of employment from others then you create your own means......freedom of speech would be ones right to verbalize their thought about that survival.....
