I'm confused in what you are asking. From what I can understand you want to know if there is a "going rate" for keywords?
No, I have never heard of such a table for this. Keyword prices are set by popularity and demand by the companies who run ads.

Example would be: Harley-Davidson. (popular word and highly demanded by sites) An advertiser would pay (I think it's) 1.25 per click. (Google) but Google pays .03 to the site that runs the ad.

If you used the word: Dork. You may only pay .05 (not a popular keyword and not many sites list it as a keyword they will host) the host would be paid .01
