As for tips on getting responses to posts, there's not much to share. People will post when they have something to offer.
I read your post and frankly I don't have anything near an answer for you and chances are most wont. You're literally asking strangers what your job is, how much you should get paid and what to do next, as if where you are is someplace you shouldn’t be and what you're doing is less than you can. There are people here who would kill for your job and never think to look for advice from people they don't know.
The best advice I can give you, as a stranger (*wink wink*) is that you hang around and get to know some of the regulars. See who is at your level or nearest to you field of expertise and warm up to them. From a managerial standpoint, there are few of us here as we're mostly all coders, developers or artists... Some have strong marketing skills while others are SEO experts.
If there is a place in this industry you wish to move towards, decide what that will be then make your move towards it while maintaining what you have.
