If you don't have a backup, your Host might. You might try contacting them and see if they can provide you with a copy. If they can't, you're screwed....

Idea:
Find the pages Google and the other search engines have indexed pronto (before they are reindexed) and save a copy to your computer so you can rebuild. This idea won't work if your site is database driven, but it might help you at least get a copy of the site template.
