Ya it's very difficult to determine what the details are in the face and below the bird. Without those details, it would be impossible to properly replicate it. The best that can be done would be to interpret the details and that honestly wouldn’t be a good idea.

If there is any way to get a better image. It can be the same subject but taken without such a blur, it would make things easier and keep the work in-line with what it actually is, less interpretation.
