I like the site layout, very tidy and clean.
I don't mind the green on the home page ad content pages, but on the article list pages, I found it overwhelming. Perhaps some text layout adjustments - spacing of words and letters may help the legibility in this area.
I had a squiz at a few articles. You obviously have a ton of great info on the site. One other suggestion - on articles like this one:
http://www.healthplusarticles.com/ar...exercises.html, it'd be great to have some illustrations to demonstrate the exercises.
I know they may be hard to come up with if you're not an artist, and time consuming too, but it would really help with some of the practical explanations.
