Text links is working on directories; I have a link on my free directory the domain is 6 months old, from my hosting provider as affiliate already have 2 signup in less than 1 month of cause with “nofollow” I received about 70 to 100 unique visitors a day. PR is at the end of the day is not important that is the visitors that count. PR is just a bonus, LOL
