I can't remember the name of the show, even though I did like it and remember watching it at a very young age. It had a bunch of little Gnomes and some crazy story lines if I remember correctly. However, I know it wasn't the smurfs but was along those lines. The people were supposed to be very very small.
Anything with Looney Toons was a short second place. Tom and Jerry was good.
