Yes, its true... If you always have fresh content in your website, you should have RSS feeds, through this, when a first time visitors likes your website, she/he can be updated when you have your ne content thru subscribing to your RSS feeds. You can put RSS feeds buttons of different RSS so they can have choices. =)
