There are many tools available to you, but FredRoe has a point -- get started with something, but then -- if you serious -- you really will want to start learning propper markup and CSS at the very least.

As you seem to be FP-philic ( which is "cool" in my book ), you'd probably do well to upgrade to Expression Web, which has now replaced FP. If you have ANY version of FP running on your local machine, you can upgrade to Expression Web for ~ $90. Recommend searching Amazon for your upgrade.
