I get your point. I just wish people had the dignity and respect for themselves and those around them to not display things like that in a public way. It infringes on the modesty of ladies who don't want to see it. Men used to respect that. I have little respect for men who don't. You're right...no place for legislation but a sad commentary on homo sapiens.
