I have a custom-made site – product catalogue. It includes description and assembly scheme as well as the picture of the final product. The programmer I worked with before disappeared, and I need to add a feature for emailing catalogue and product specification.

Can anyone advise me how to do it without serious changes in the site structure? (I was told that it is usually a quite complex work).
