OMG is all I can say!
Well I guess this will teach me to trust sites I don't check out first! I ordered 5,000 hits from QTS and nothing and not even my sign in information yet. After reading all this I am just sick in my stomach. It is a shame that people can't have good customer service. I should have did my homework on the company first and that is my fault. BlueCircle you haven't responded to my emails or anything. Think you can explain why I sat there waiting for a available operator on your live chat for over 2 hrs??? I mean geez can it be that busy you can chat to more than one person at a time. IF it is that busy then it is no wonder you keep your site up whether it is working up to par or not. You are raking in the money from people like me and the others on this site in hopes you make a profit from those that don't request a refund. I understand busy, but can't you get some help there so we dont have to go through this? Please contact me ASAP
