I have went through the same thing and I taken an assertive approach in dealing with this guy. I have repeatedly asked for a refund as have many others as you can see. I hope to receive one ASAp. Haven't heard from the guy. The customer service icon doesn't work. Don't waste your time .It is there strictly for looks. Have you ever heard of a on-line chat that only works sometimes? If you pay for a service like that it should function. I would request a refund and document, document, document. Get the word out there about this guy.
Many have posted complaints about this same problem in the past several years and there is even a website dedicated in trying to shut him down.
That's alot of effort for a good hearted, ethical, law abidding citizen. What ever!
Bluecircle if you read this .... I like alot of people would like a refund. I might get what i am seeking, but I am a pain in the ---- and I have nothing better to do than file complaints, reply to blogs and get the word out there about this scam.
