Speed and time isn't so much an issue with me (in most cases) as much as my pricing. The problem I have is some guy with a copy of FrontPage comes along behind me an undercuts my pricing by several hundred dollars. Tells the client everything he wants to hear and gets the job. (Usually ends in disaster for the client)
I now offer 2 pricing tiers. Custom template, or purchased/free template. If I can save myself the time of creating custom templates, then my pricing falls into place with the FrontPage guys.
