Thumbs up A mentors' meaning?

The mentors we have right now are without a doubt great people to have, but what makes the difference of them compared to others?

So many people here love to support and give help such as myself and even though I am not one, what makes a difference in the color?

This was brought to me because I have seen so many great posts by members who contribute that give their most amazing support (and to my view should be mentors) but that is just a title with a color, or no?

Given the time dedicated, the support given we're all basically viewed as mentors no matter what color you are is what I see it as.But don't take it wrong, this is just my view.

I know that by rewarding the members with color changing and title changes and rep boosting is great and all, but does this still stand strong with those members after a certain amount of time. A lot of inactive members sit in the mentor list but so many members are seeking a spot to be noticed by their work, maybe I am just not seeing it.

I'd like to see those who give their time and full support be given rewards and those who sit as green mentors (not being active) be removed to allow others take their place to fill those spots in. I see the same mentors online every single day showing their work but where are the ones on the list that sit there?

Please note that this has nothing to do with me, just been noticing a lot of good members with awesome posts (threads) out there and noticed a lot of inactive mentors who don't take time to help anymore be mentors and the ones doing the full duty work not be rewarded.

Note that I don't wish to receive bashing, just wanting to improve the active members placement on this forum to show that they do exist.

Keep up the good work you guys, you deserve it!
