Linksmanager uses dynamic scripting? Not at all actually! They use plain html pages, but they do give you the chance to rotate your link pages everyday, but that is done by uploading changed links pages everyday, not by some sort of script.
I do agree that some LM people have way too many links in their account. But, there are some ways to make sure that even if you are on page 36 of their links directory, that the site still has PR. Just ask the people to have a link to each page number on the bottom of LM. This is just a feature that they would need to adjust in their LM account, the last setting under link pages control in the custom control menu. Their, one can change the setting to show a link to each page number on the links page. With that properly done, I even found a links category with 140 subpages, and the 140's site still had a PR 2, which is not too bad.
