Hi, I am about to launch a new website that will be using so called "Social Bookmarking" paradigm. My questions is to those who have already dealt with such websites before and was promoting it. I want to hear some good opinions and suggestion on what should I do in order to catalyst my tool overnight. I have a small budget for up to $20,000 for it.
