I don't think it's possible to have unlimited on the shared account, you will be limited even on the vps or dedicated, but you'll be limited by the technical possibilities of the servers.
You haven't mentioned your budget, so I think you may go either for vps (around $20-60 Asmallorange.com) or dedicated ($60-100 HQhost.net).
