Ok. Let me get this straight. This website is making $1,500 a month and you are selling it for $5,000.
Sorry man but I smell scam here.
If what you claim is true, the website will make you $5,000 in 3+ months... You would make much more than that in a short period of time, so why sell it?
If you want to be taken seriously, post some proof of the income, where it comes from, traffic stats etc.
