Alertpay Customer "Service" strikes again

I wish you the best Slack. These people are totally incompetent. Anybody who wants to risk their money with them after reading all these entries surely must have second thoughts. If not then they seriously need to. These people make Paypals cockups seem acceptable. Unfortunately Paypal is light years ahead of these people and is in a different class completely.
Whilst I sympaphise with people who have had problems with Paypal (and I wouldn't like to be one of them) they are very much in the minority and most of us have no problems. They have always responded quickly to any request although some of them have a superiority complex. Get past them and you have a decent customer service. Waiting nearly four weeks for a reply that is incorrect and doesn't answer all of the questions is not the way to run a company. There was a payment processor called Stormpay who were not that good either and, I think, went under losing lots of people their money. I would not be surprised to see Alertpay go down that route.
(I think the Stormpay name was resurrected but I think the damage was done and they appear to have disappeared now)
