Last time I launched a site, it took me 3 weeks to get a 3/10 ranking! And it's still at 3/10 today. Yikes.

Keep in mind that the last
PR update was last month...If you started your website before that, you didn't have to wait...But if you try to get
PR 3..in three weeks now, it probably won't happen...but maybe in 3 to 4 months.
