If you are really serious about what you are doing, you should be prepared to spent a $5 per month for a reliable host. Free hosts are never reliable, and not simply right for any serious use. may be okay for a student project, a demo etc.
Dont expect even a paid host to provide unrealistically large amount of space and bandwidth. Actually most people would over estimate the requirements. You should be happy with a small amount of space and bandwidth and just need to upgrade as you grow.
