I disagree with "search rank"... based on what I've seen, a page can rank high but have little juice to pass on.
A do-follow forum profile for example will do this. The domain itself has high trust/authority/SOMETHING... this is why a forum profile with ZERO backlinks will rank higher than sites with backlinks. Yet the page itself probably has very few internal links, and is in a site with a huge # of webpages, so the page itself has very little juice to pass on.
