AMRAY is an acronym the same as DMOZ
I'm sure John, you know what acronym means

Well, well, well Birdie... “old listing” trick answer.
Guess what, DMOZ will loose 80% of listed sites if one day some lazy Editors decide to clean up the house. I can bet DMOZ will probably loose 90% if not everything because there is nothing unique about what DMOZ have now http://www.dmoz.org/Computers/Intern...g/Directories/

Let me define for you what I am considering to be unique and then it will be your turn.
Site must provide useful information to visitors starting with index page. If purpose of that site were to inform then it must give visitors more than just a look and must offer something they would find helpful, informative and entertaining, something they would like to come back for more.

As an example, I will use AMRAY. Lets examine what first time visitor will find head on in our index page. Starting from the Top: Meta Search, Map Search, Travel Tools, Stock Market, Up to the minute News, Area Codes, Who is Who, Their site speed test, Access to 3,000 MP3 files and Humor and Jocks over 1,000 of them.

Lets not forget our visitors may enjoy Picture Gallery, watch live videos, visually check time around the world and of course check their site PR. Our search offers them nor only our directory but Google and MP3 searches as well.

Would you like to point me to sites listed in DMOZ now (link above), you Birdie, considering being unique and then tell us why? BTW, because you never told me what is so unique about DMOZ and Yahoo, I will assume that you believe they are not in any way unique and should be removed from DMOZ Index as well

As to ‘Medical Specialties’ in our Directory, every link point to related medical services and if Dentist or plastic surgery or lasic office is dump for webmasters, then, you my friend should start looking for some subject that you have any idea before you open your mouth to discuss one that you have no idea about. The only difference between AMRAY and DMOZ is 50 sub-categories which eventually will be added to AMRAY when we have as many links as DMOZ.

So Berdie, please define unique, if you can, or forever hold your breath until you come with one
