That's not in the same sphere, I think you're a bit misguided.

And I have made my points, you as yet have not.

Point: Government has not authority to make laws pertaining to the legal standings of tobacco companies. The Government does though have authority to defend it's borders from smuggling, piracy, human trading/slavery, terrorism and a multitude of other things. These are all things directly related to "The War on Drugs" I don't see a connection with licensed Tobacco companies that employ many thousands of people. I don't see how you can relate the two?

As an edit, so there is no mis interpretation, Point: The government has no authority to establish the views for each individual on the morality of the Tobacco companies. In essence it is not for the government to decide if it is right or wrong.
