I maybe misguided about many things but government is not one of them. You don't have to tell me what is the roll of the government should be in our every day lives. It's about time you pull your head out of the sand and start facing reality.

Government doesn't have to proclaim Tobacco Companies illegal, all they have to do is to declare Tobacco illegal the same way they did with Drugs. You wanna bet Tobacco Companies will survive without line of tobacco products? After all in the end of the day they are making 5 times less than the Government making and one thing you should learn about government, is that they will never say no to the revenue mostly if it comes to them as a bonus.

Again. The question was: Why are the cigarette companies still in business?
I say: because Government will never declare Tobacco illegal substance
Tell me that I am wrong
