Well are you taking into account screensize/resolution here? I opened in both IE7 and Firefox and i got vertical scrollers in both.
If you want a set area to display in then you define your fullWrapper to have max-widths and max-heights.
Or alternatively, use JScript to detect resolutions/screensize and load the correct backgrounds. It's not as much a pain as you would think.
