The house is 100 yrds from the "monkey highway". Did you know that just cutting ONE tree can interrupt the monkey highway and monkeys will no longer pass thru? I am not one of those eco nuts, but this is important to know. Local developers are the reason that monkeys can no longer use natural resources and have to find new ways to go where they want to.

I personally stayed close to monkey highways and got tired of those little bastards jumping up and down the roof in the morning waking us up, but still. They were in Costa Rica before me and I respect that.
