No,
PR only seems to matter to most webmasters, not most people. It's webmasters that give it a meaning and webmasters are a small portion of Google users. Most "users" do not even see the "little green bar", even if they happen to have to toolbar. It needs to be enabled...and most wouldn't bother.

I agree...and we are referring to the green bar in the toolbar, NOT actual Page Rank, which is obviously important.
