Just glancing at it, I would say you need a few more programs to make it work properly. (if at all)
That is some MAJOR flash work and if you have no clue how to make flash video's leave it a lone!
The guy did some really good work. It has animation and sound. Since you stated you have little knowledge I would say leave that alone.
To even start making look like you want you will need to buy the program Adobe flash. (everything) Once you see the price on that you'll agree to leave it alone.
