iPowerWeb -- Terrible service
My experience with iPowerWeb has been unbelievably bad. They host our company's dedicated server. It has been down for two days. I have made countless calls, sent dozens of emails, etc. The response has been consistent: "it will be back up in an hour" or something to that effect. After leaving four messages for Warren Lanier, the Chief Communications Officer, I finally got him on the phone at 5:30pm the 2nd day. I had hoped that even if iPowerWeb's tech support was awful, maybe someone high-up in the company could help. Mr. Lanier's response was perhaps the worst example of customer service I have ever heard: "we have over 250,000 customers, I'm sorry (sarcastically) if I can't be at your beck and call." For the record, it is soon to be 249,999 customers and I don't want anyone at my beck and call; I just want my company's system to be back online. This has been a major nightmare!
