It depends on how your analytic is measured, i.e. which program you're using to measure the bounce rate. See some programs will count it as a bounce rate if people don't visit more than one page, but that doesn't necessarily mean your visitors aren't getting what they want. So as long as your blog doesn't have a sky high bounce rate, i.e. 65% plus then I would think you're OK below that; hopefully it's measured by the fact that people have stayed at least 30 secs to read the page, rather than click onto another. Blogs are hard to measure for because they also come up in all kinds of searches because everyone has started 'tagging' their blog pages.
