LOL - just get a good host I'll throw up a template (or build your own and I'll make it work) and you can build it yourself. I don't have time to take on another client - but a meat site..... easy - 2 hours work.....
No charge - bye the way I like frontpage server extensions - it's just more fun to build live....

Sorry a real estate site is a full time job - lot of hard work - getting ready to do one now - dread it
