I'm looking to sell this site which i have - it's a Valid PR3 with some inner PR3 pages.

It's maintained PR over updates so it's stable and has over 3500 backlinks so selling links shouldn't be a problem.

Buyers must be aware that any current links on the site must stay for the remainder of the time i sold them for.

I've had a unique banner made for the site. Costing $20 alone.

Traffic & Revenue:
It get's some traffic and i haven't added adsense to monetize. Check traffic stats below.
