1.one backlink from what site? How did you check this anyway? some tools doesn't work properly when showing backlinks so you should also check your IBL manually.
2.When have you done your Off page optimization(directory submission, forum posts, etc)if you have just done this lately, today or yesterday, it takes time to get those pages crawled and indexed in Google(google doesn't value links from directory anymore)
3. compared to other SE, Google doesn't show all of your IBL
