1. Every time you resubmit, you just overwrite the previous submission with the new date - you just move your site down the list, if the editor chooses to use the pool of sites and organises them by date of submission - there is NEVER a need to resubmit. If you got listed after resubmitting, then its just a coincidence.

2. Submitting to more than one category is against the guidelines that you agree to when you submit (unless its one topical and one regional). How do you think any directory should treat those who can not follow the guidelines - they also create a lot of extra work for editors to go and delete the additional submissions in the additional categories --- by doing this you have become part of the problem.
