There could be many reasons for that – the links pointing to your site were removed, are broken. The site they are on got banned, lost PR and is not longer giving juice. Some website pointing to you inserted a “nofollow” attribute etc etc…
But the thing you should ask yourself when this happens is: “Have I lost any traffic?” 90% of the time, it’s not the case. If your traffic is steady, than do yourself a favor and turn off the PR toolbar. Your website will be just fine.

my site is new 2 months old and have enough BL and also updating the back links weekly crawling weekly. But still
PR 0 and from one forum i lost around 400 post signature. So almost back links was from it and no also BL link found in my BL list. But when search on the forum not available means broken links( inbound) . So asking you this is he reason of PR0 or I will get some
PR after few months may be m in sandbox
